The forums have now been updated to XenForo 1.1, which means that we can start to introduce some new features. The System Specs box and other updates will be coming very soon - I'm just working on coding them at the moment :).

I noticed system specs does not display with line breaks.

Would there be an easy tweak to include line breaks?

I've had a play around and I can't see a way to do this, so I've asked on the XF forums to see if there's a way to achieve this :). If I don't hear back soon, I can probably get round this by having separate boxes for components (like on w7forums) - but I'll give it a day or two first.

Just a quick update... I think I've come up with a temporary fix which should keep the lines intact :D. It's not a permanent solution, but it works for now :).

It may have taken 6 weeks, but I've got a working solution for this thanks to a very clever member on the Xenforo forums :D

Good choice to use xenforo, it's a step up on other forum software that I have joined, but seems familiar enough to use.

I'm glad you like it Splicer! We made the jump from vBulletin some time ago and it seems like a good move so far :).

Thanks Clifford, I'll check this out and see why it fails in Opera. It seems to work ok in IE/FF, so it may be that the forum software has a bug in it - I'll do some googling on it :).

Ian, the system specs seem to be working for me now. Did you make any changes? I'm not absolutely sure it wasn't on my end.

I'd not changed anything at this end, so perhaps it was just a glitch - I just came online to try and fix this now, so that was good timing :D.

Hey Ian aside from Xenforo updates, when you gonna upgrade that Q6600?

You had the Q6600 when we met, I think I hear an Ivy Bridge calling that Q6600 out for a death match. ;):D

Soon, I hope! If all goes well, then I hope to upgrade in the summer :D. Can't wait to get a decent SSD and more RAM!
