windows live mail no go !!!

    Hey guys I am old and as such the grey matter is fast running out,
    why oh why am i unable set up a live mail? just keeps saying error
    I am trying to get into IM and need this professional looking email i followed the Guru
    to the letter but no i will try to enclose error message maybe someone can help please
    frustration as i need that email .

    It looks like you could be using the wrong mail server. Your e-mail address will look something like mail@host.com whereas the mail server will be something like mail.host.com (the . period symbol instead of an @ symbol).

    Give that a try and see if it works :).
