Windows 8 - impossible create a new folder

    When i click with the right botton in the mouse, then i choose 'new' the option 'folder' dos not appears.
    I don´t known why.
    If anybody knows any information to solve this problem i will be thankful.

    Hi, i have tried but the problem still exist. I also run the sfc.exe comand but the result was the same.
    I don't know what to do to solve this problem. If you can give me some clues, i'll be thankful.
