I've performed a minor upgrade to the Windows 8 Forums, so you may notice that things look a little different (but I've tried to maintain the colours/feel where possible).

There are some behind the scenes changes which will mean that it's possible to add some extra sections, I'm just waiting on a forum addon to be completed - then we'll be able to go live.

If you spot any problems with the upgrade, please do let me know :).

So far so good. In fact, if you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have noticed any difference, which means to say that the upgrade is successful. From my end, any way.

Not important. I am inherently nosy. Any chance of getting the membership list in the same format as on the 7 forum. With specific columns (posts:etc)? Other than that. Looks very good now.

    Glad it's working well :).

Unfortunately the forum software doesn't have setting to enable an advanced member list - that's something that I miss too. The 1.2 update should be arriving in the next couple of months, so I'm hoping that it includes this feature in it (along with a few other things I miss!).

    Nice!!!

I just noticed the new menu bar. It was a slight pain waiting for "Forums" drop down menu to select "Mark forum read".

    Thanks Ian.

Yes, that one saves a bit of time. Drop downs may not take that much time to activate but little bits here and there would add up.
