Windows 8.1 white screen crash

    I just installed Windows 8.1 x64 on my pc (vga Asus R9 270 2gb)

    My display suddeny gone, I encounter this. It fixed after reboot..

    Is something wrong with my graphic card or windows?

    Looks pretty much like you've chosen the wrong resolution / refresh rate for you monitor.
    Try booting into safe mode and using device manager to uninstall the current video card and reboot your system into normal mode.
    This time leave it at the native refresh rate and see what happens

    Also make sure that the monitor cable is secured in to the video card.
    The other thing that might be worth checking, is if the card has wriggled out of the PCIe slot.

    EDIT: Also have a look in the event viewer (Event log viewer) to see if there was anything logged.
