Windows 8.1 registry problem to delete utorrent.exe

    Dear Concern,
    i need to uninstall utorrent.exe file. each and every time i try to uninstall it one error message pop out "you do not have sufficiennt access to uninstall u Torrent. please contact your system administrator." can anyone please help me to uninstall torrent.exe file from my registry?

    Hello and welcome to the forum.
    Open an elevated command prompt (as administrator) and in the command prompt window type
    net user administrator /active:yes
    hit enter
    type
    exit
    hit enter
    restart your computer and log on with the hidden administrator's account.
    See if you can uninstall it using that profile.
