    If you reserved your copy of the free Windows 10 upgrade on your Windows 8.1 (update) machine.
    Chances are you either have it, are receiving it as we speak or will be shortly.
    I got mine about an hour ago.

    Right now, it's just setting there taking up space.
    I suspect at some point, probably tomorrow, I'll get a notification or prompt that says "it's available to install"

    Well spotted - I've got mine here too! I wonder what happens if I run setup.exe a little early :D

    If you look at your "update history" you may see that the Update / Upgrade to Windows 10 has failed, maybe more than once.
    So, evidently they have left out some key goodies and we'll have to be patient and wait till they wave their magic wand.
