Has this only just started, or has it gone on since you got the service? Because some dial-up providers disconnect you automatically after x amount of hours.

If you are using them, try disabling, or uninstalling, Norton Internet security and Skype. Both can be the cause of regular disconnections.

I certainly would be wary of that wording. Perhaps it is seeing something wrongly as an intrusion. Doesn't seem to make sense that it is every 2 hours, though. It would do no harm to disable AVG temporarily and see if it improves. But, first, just turn off the AVG firewall. You have one built in to Windows.

Have you called Indicom and asked them if their service automatically disconnects you? I noticed in some quick Google results that they do that to some people as per company policy.

You're using a bad ISP. Might wanna look into getting a new company to handle your web browsing needs.

Cool. These issues are usually caused by bad ISP's. This is why I love living in America. Our cable providers can give us internet as well. Not sure how it works in Europe or other countries.

Good to know that you are lucky enough to live in America. Some people are not so fortunate. So they have to make do with whatever is available in their country. In some countries, the internet service is provided by different companies but all the companies get their connection from the same main company. So changing companies, in such a case, makes no difference at all.

Disable every firewall you possibly can. reset your modem. Please reply if anything worked.
