What should the official release title of Win8 be?

    Just a quicky. Seeing as 8 is lucky in China and China also being the emrging superpower maybe 'Windows Prosper' would be good as the symbol for 8 is similar to the symbol for prosper in Chinese. I hope I haven't upset anybody with my suggestion was just an observation.

    A very interesting idea for a name, especially considering MS would no doubt like to make some inroads there.

    Although as far as I know, Windows 8 is the final title of the OS - they're even referring to it with this name on their own website. I guess they want a little naming continuity for a while :).

    Microsoft is playing coy about the RTM name, but it will be Windows 8 unless someone at Microsoft is very stupid.

    Maybe they should just name the OS after the new UI.

    Windows Metro has a nice ring to it.
