Sometimes when I use the "Safely remove USB" icon, it effects my scroll wheel on my mouse, y reversing the directions the screen scrolls. When I scroll the wheel up, the screen goes down and when I scroll the wheel down the screen goes up. The only way I found to fix it is to restart my computer.

Any one have this problem as well? Is there a fix?

I have never had that problem, but have you installed all the updates for your computer as well as any updates for any hardware (mouse?) that is not standard?

If it is a USB mouse are you using it through a USB hub? If you are connect it directly in to the computer or try another USB port on the computer.

its a Microsoft USB mouse and its connected directly to computer. I'll try using a different port and see if that solves the problem.

Did you check to see if there were any updates from Microsoft?
