    Hello,
    Newbie here...

I'm more comfortable with my older laptop running Windows Vista.
My new laptop running (Windows 8.something) is driving me nuts when it comes to side-swiping the right to open search and shut-down etc functions.
Most of the time I'm swiping away for about a minute until it opens and upper corner clicking is about as effective.

So...is there a way where I can open it with a stroke of a key or a click of an Icon like on my windows Vista?
If yes, how would I set that up?

    Cheers.

    Cheers!

I'll have to see if the side bar can be opened another way before I mark this as being solved.

I miss my "Start" button very much ...

The swipe is nice but I like to sit back and and use my wireless Keyboard.

Here is the Program that solved all my swipe problems.

I love it, it is very configurable and free open source.

    Hope you love it to.
