Hi, I downloaded and installed Asphalt 7: Heat on my laptop, via the Windows Store. But, every time I run the game, I shows me bad graphics, more like weird boxes. [IMG]

Go into the options and try playing with the graphics settings. "Dial" them back until you get your desired result.

Have you checked the compatibility for the software with your computer setup? Is this an older program? Have you tried running in compatibility mode?

Thank you for your fast reply again. This problem seems to have get a bit complicated. 2 points I have in mind:
    1. How to run the game in compatibility mode?

Please have a look that this application has no "Properties" option, through which I can access "Run in Compatibility mode option with ..." Option.
    2. How to check if the app is compatible or not?
I think if an application is visible then it is compatible with the device, otherwise it will simply not show up in the Store.

Sir, many thanks in advance, if you clear these 2 points out for me.

I am really at a loss. Have you tried reaching out to whoever developed it to see if there are any patches or known issues with this app running on Windows 8?

Thank you for your fast reply. Before posting this thread, I actually Googled for quite a while, and i came to know that only 1 person is having this issue. No one replies to that thread now. I also asked there but no one replied me there.

I registered there as username "Raged".
By that thread I came to know that such problem actually occurs when 3D is not rendered correctly. Could you suggest me something with the help of which I can make it render 3D Graphics correctly? Many Thanks in advance.
