    like the microemulator !!!

    I don't know what "slownet" is. Do you mean a browser that speeds up your browsing experience? Try Google Chrome, perhaps. I am not sure I understand your question.

    i am using already google ...
    i have very slow net...my net speed is 12kbps !
    microemulator is not working on windows 8.....
    here about microemulator
    i want like this software!!

    I'm not sure I fully understand, but do you mean as your connection speed is very low, you want a "minimal" browser so that you can browse the internet more easily with something like Opera Mini?

    If so, try the "Sun Java Wireless Toolkit" using this guide and see if it works:
