Intel driver issue or lack of

    Hi, I just upgraded to a MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC mobo and Intel I5-9400f cpu

    When I try to put Windows 8.1 on I have 2 drivers with yellow icons in devices. One is network controller which I asume is wifi as bluetooth and lan both work, and one called PCIe device which I have no idea about.

    I have looked on the Intel site and downloaded a few wifi drivers I have thought are right but it makes no differece. The other one, i have no idea where to start

    Any help appreciated thanks
