Installing win8

    Is it possible somehow to install win8 without all the selfinstalling apps? Don't want them...

    If by "self installing apps", you mean the new metro / modern apps then the answer would be.... no.
    Although it is relatively easy to "uninstall" most of them and the ones that you can't you can just more or less, hide, by unpinning the tile associated with them.

    I just want the "old desktop" back, not needing to start from the app page...

    You can have the "old desktop"....
    Just right click the taskbar and choose properties. Select the Navigation tab and check the box as indicated in the attachment.

    That won't magically produce a "Start Menu" you'll still need to use the Windows Logo Key to launch certain programs and such.
    Use the Windows + X key combo to launch the "X menu" for quick navigation to some other things. You can also just right click the bottom left logo to get the same results.
    If you want a more classic start menu, you'll need to install a third party overlay such as Classic Shell
