I have windows 8 running. I want to upgrade to 8.1 but cant.

    I have done everything told to, and still cant upgrade. Upgrade not acceptable. Can someone get me through this?

    You could bypass the 8.1 upgrade an take advantage of the windows 10 upgrade.
