How to getback normal icons?

    i tried demo of stardock iconpackager but its completly useless when i go back folder icon & something extension icons not showing like previous normal icon .. i uninstalled that software .. i scanned SFC & safe mode too. Change icon doesnt working too :( pls help of this !!
