How to get HP Probook to recognise SSD

    Hi MY last post was not plain Forgive me My Hp Probook 4730S will not Load windows 8.1 or 10 I wnt into the bios to check if any Bios update was needed could not find anything there. I asked some one who works in IT but they told me it is not possible
    A laptop will not load if the disk is new and unused. So i come to the problem of loading windows J have both windows 8.1 and ten on formated usb to GPT and MBR both 32 bit and 64 bit no work how ever win 7 ultimate will load why is that. I desperately
    need help please..

    The reason the I was having trouble was before I tried to install the SSD I had upgraded the ram. The ram originally was DDR3 10600 I stupidly installed DDR3 13333 so it was not a compatible match Thanks all anyway
