No big fan of AVG, but I would suggest clicking the "Empty Vault" button and rescan and see if it turns up again. Your image is just showing the contents of the Virus Vault where AVG quarantines what it has found. I suspect it will be automatically emptied after 30 days or so, or after whatever the preset might be for that particular condition within the application.

Have you tried uninstalling whatever program that is? It appears the virus has attached itself to the exe file of that program. Try uninstalling/reinstalling and see if it still shows up.

What happens when you press delete? For AVG, the vault is basically what happens when it detects the file and then attempts to freeze the application.

Ever considered using a different antivirus or malware program? Try running Malwarebytes and see what happens.
