How to change windows icon to fish icon in windows 8.1?

    That smells of some more indepth customization than is normal, but I am sure someone has been able to do it.

    It is a "built-in" application. I seriously don't think it can be changed.
    Besides, you will see that only if you "restart" your Win 8, or 8.1
    If you set you computer to Sleep mode instead of shutting down, when you "wake" up the computer it will go straight to Lock screen instead.

    i dont know why but i actually shut down my computer on a regular basis...
    Force of habit from turning them off at work to "save on electricity"
