I just dealt with Microsoft's online chat and was disconnected by them 3 time's The first 2 times, I was in the process of typing a response to them. Product key for Windows 8, Windows Media Center Pack key and then my pc's product key that Microsoft give's us. While typing it twice, 2 disconnects on their end occurred. The 3rd one, as I'm extremely pissed off with them for WASTING MY TIME, I copied and pasted into a Word 2010 document. A definite must read.

Would it be possible to put it into a .txt file instead of a word document tucked into a zip file. I know it sounds paranoid but im just not comfortable downloading random zip files

I've got Cyberlink MediaSuite 10 on my pc for my blu-ray burner (ie: PowerDVD 12, etc..). Guy claims it's a codec issue. The .wtv for Recorded Tv is a Microsoft codec. Recorded TV worked fine in Vista, 7 and 8. He even admitted 8.1 was buggy.

I've even uninstalled/reinstalled Cyberlink and re-run setup in WMC. The issue is still there. My tv tuner and video card driver's are both current. As are my Realtek HD and mobo driver's.
