Forgot Win8.1 Administrator password

    I do not have a Password Restore stick. I am logged in under a Guest Microsoft account which is powerless and useless. What is the simplest way to restore my previous powerful administrator privileges?
    Any suggestions welcome!!!

    All of the suggestions of stuff to type in "RUN" result in the popup box asking for the password!
