EndNote not responding to click on the right side of screen

I need help regarding EndNote software, it only can be use on the left side of my screen. It won't respond to click on the right side of the screen. When i drag the EndNote software to become split screen on the left side it will work fine, but when i drag it to the right side to become split screen it doesn't respond to click. I've tested clicking to see where it doesn't respond and its like there's an invincible line at the center of my screen which split in half. However, other software work perfectly fine on the left and right side. This is my first experience about this on my laptop as I just installed this EndNote software and this problem occurs. I'm using Acer Aspire E14 with Window 8.
