Do you think Microsoft should improve Setup in Windows 8? It's been the same since Vista if I remember correctly, and personally I'd like to see a more Metro-themed setup style.

Could you expand what you mean by setup?

The Windows Setup has less steps than OSX or most Linux distros. It is a very streamlined experience. If I reinstalled Windows on a daily basis, I might care what Setup looks like.

OK. Bit dumb. So he is referring to "Install". I agree. I would not see any purpose in making this into a "Metro" style.
    1. There is little to see, during the majority of the install.
    2. I doubt many users sit and watch it installing, so eye candy would be lost.

Wouldn't that be like wishing setup had been more like a Start Menu style all along? Just exactly how would this question be implemented?

Well I wish it was more Metro-themed, personally. And since the Aero style used in Setup isn't on Win 8 anymore then that's another reason for it to be changed.

I say no. The reason is because the simpler it is, the faster i feel it is, which also makes it easier to use.

    Thanks! :D
If it followed the Metro philosophy it would be even simpler than it is now, and feel faster.
