Did you build your PC yourself, or did you buy one in the store. I built my own, as there are so many advantages to having a custom made machine. For one, it's cheaper, you get more power out of your machine, there are many customization options and it's very easy. What about you? What are your opinions on building vs. buying?

Custom built all the way :).

I just enjoy the process of building something - plus, there are some great cases, keyboards and mice that you just don't often see with off-the-shelf systems.

I have a laptop, so yeah, I bought it from the store, actually I got it from Wallmart and it wasn't even that expensive at all! I love it! I've been using it for more than one month so far and everything is really good, no complaints so far, it seems this is a good machine and it will serve the purpose it was bought for (work).

Custom built all the way, unless it is a mac. Windows computers are easy to build and you can get some great deals on single parts. I think it usually works out cheaper to build your own, especially when you include the costs of your labour to build the computer.
