Have you noticed the speed difference between Windows 7 and 8? My experience with Windows 8 beta is wonderful because of the silky smooth interface that is very easy to use. When I had windows 7, my computer would take at least 15-20 secs to shutoff. On Windows 8, my computer now shuts off almost immediately! The boot time in windows 8 is also incredible! Windows 7 was fast too, but when I installed Windows 8 on my PC I was blown away by the results.

How is your experience of Windows 8 in terms of boot and shutdown time?
