Blue Screen what is the cause?

    Now, I got a BSOD right after Windows 8.1 started.
    When I tried to launch Task Manager a message said "can't open task manager"
    and then a BSOD occured.

    It's my system. Inspiron 15z 5523.
    Could it be because of that newer Intel Graphics driver that I updated?

    Can you even check if it is even caused by the Intel graphics driver?

    For the Virus softwares, I only have Malwarebytes installed and Windows Defender running.

    It looks like some Dell power service?
    I see that your having trouble with powering down the computer. Possibly your shutdown issue is related to software.

    So, is Windows the cause of laptop often hangs after shutting down but laptop doesn't often power down?
