Blank Purple Screen on Monitor

    Recently, my laptop screen broke after dropping it, but I could still use it with my 1920x1080p monitor. But, today I tried to fullscreen my powerpoint presentation which had a 6000x4000p picture and the slides worked fine until i tried to close it. I was sent back to my empty desktop not able to click or open any program. I force quit my laptop and whenever i turn it on again all i see is a purple screen with only my mouse pointer on it. Its been like this for 30 min already. Thanks in advance
