I made some observations on TPM and please let me know if I'm correct.

For Win 7, computers without TPM can only boot via USB key. With TPM, can do whatever.

For with Win 8!, computers with TPM can use combinations of ways to boot like using PIN.
For computers without TPM on Win 8, PIN isn't unavailable but you can use passwords.

Is it that from Win 8, computers can deal with having no TPM to use BitLocker?

    Thanks.
