I'm looking to set up a Hackintosh, but I'm pretty worried. I have a ASUS motherboard, so I would have to flash a hacked BIOS. What are the chances of this going wrong, and would I still be able to boot Windows 8 afterwards? I want to have a working Dual-boot, so I can game on Windows but still experience the beautiful Mac OSX.

As I understand the Mac Eulas, it is illegal to install on any other, than a machine with Mac hardware. Any hacking to achieve this would also be considered, therefore, illegal.

Flashing a BIOS is risky as it is, flashing a modded BIOS is even riskier. Having said that, I've flashed many BIOS's with no problems. As long as you've done your research and your flashing the right motherboard number with the right modded BIOS then you should be OK.
