Are those Batman games any good? I got a free code with a recent purchase but I'm not a big time gamer and only play offline.

The previous 2 were good games. I haven't messed with this one that much yet. It came free with my video card, too. It was like 1:30 A.M. when I tried it out, so I'll mess with it more later on this weekend. MaximumPC and PC Gamer's site's, I'm sure will have article's/review's about it. PC World may. too. They're current editor used to be the head of MaximumPC.

Ok I tried it. lol. I'm terrible on a keyboard even when I know where everything is so it will take a lot of practice to figure out. Game looks nice though.

I honestly cannot wait to buy this! I've been a big fan of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, so I'm sure Origins won't disappoint me. Batman games have been part of my all-time favorite games due to its impressive combat system and storyline. In addition to that, the cities feel very lively, despite of its spooky atmosphere. I highly recommend the Arkham series to any gamer out there.

It seem's good, so far, but I've only played maybe 5 minutes of it. Just long enough to beat up the 1st guy, to save the other guy and then unarm the one I saved. When I tried the online game, it didn't work, but that was at like 1:45-2:00 A.M. Friday morning.

Any updates, so far? I haven't bought Origins yet since I'm quite low on funds right now. How's the combat system? Is it similar to the previous Arkham games? The voice acting? The graphics? I want to know :D.

There's already a $19.99 DLC called Season Pass - map packs, 2 batsuit skins and a extra game level (somewhat like Arkham City's Harley Quinn's Revenge addon). Haven't purchased it yet. Maybe after New Year's..

Thanks but I don't have one. No worries, I'll muddle through it.

I might try the online mode tonight. I'm already stuck in single-player. Beat up all the first 2 set's of guy's and now, it's just Batman a locked door and a locked prison bar like gate. Only thing available in utilities is explosive gel, nothing else and the gel doesn't blow up either door/gate. Batarang or claw would probably help here. I'd be able to climb up to the next floor that is there, if either were available to Batman.

What is steam? Is that a special application for gaming like gamefly digital or something? I've been hearing about it a lot.

Steam is a game service, like Games For Windows Live, Origin, etc.
