How does it work. Would you have to use a kinect sensor or something?

You don't need a Kinect sensor for this. It uses your webcam to sense your movements. I know it sounds weird, but I've tried it and it works great! I'd recommend everybody to try this great app ;)

This could be fun, but nothing substitutes the actual physical exercise.

Besides there are many other several ways to get in shape without going to the gym, believe me I ustued and I still do workout and diet plans once in a while and people always give the excuse but I can't afford to go the gym, I tell them ''Don't worry, I will make it happen without it''.

I agree everyone should get real physical exercise away from gaming and the gaming industry needs to stop typing to combine the two together!

This would be fun to play with my little sister! I'll just connect my laptop to our LCD TV, and bam, now we have an exercise machine. Thank you for posting this, OP. This is really useful for me.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a game that involves physical exercise. If you're going to be playing a game anyway, might as well involve something more than moving your fingers. I doubt people will be going, "well I was going to go lift some weights but now that I've seen this game..."
